I was busy scanning Internet news and didn't
have the time to look at the straits times until now. Looks like the
average man on the streets just realized that something is going on.
Judging from the upbeat analysts who still think STI 3400 is possible by
end of the year, the fear and panic is not at the optimal level to buy
yet.
