What is Buffet Buying?

Legendary investor, Warren Buffet has been doing lots of shopping in the past few months. If the guru has been buying, what shouldn't you? Let's see what Buffet has been buying:
In April, Buffet help privately held Mars finance its $23 billion takeover of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, the gum and candy maker. Buffet also will take a $2.1 billion stake in Wrigley. Other notable buys are the food giant Kraft and used car retailer CarMax. Hint: Buy food companies and day to day use products
In the financial sector, Buffet also increased his stake in US regional banks such as Well Fargo, U.S. Bancorp and M&T Bank. Hint: Buy banks which are beaten down by sentiments and yet their balance sheets are still healthy.
At the end of the day, it is assuring that the world's richest man is on a shopping spree. This may be a scary and depressing time to invest. But if Warren Buffet is not hiding under his blanket, shivering and quivering, than neither should you.
